This manufacturing position supports MAT HD, a member of MAT Holdings Inc., producing brake shoes, brake kits, and lined shoes. You will operate facility equipment, troubleshoot errors, complete changeovers, and inspect parts during production. The schedule offers Monday through Thursday first or second shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate rivet, packaging, and deliner equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment errors and prevent recurring problems
- Complete setup and changeover processes efficiently
- Inspect parts and correct production quality issues
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and workplace cleaning

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- One year manufacturing experience preferred
- Two years equipment operation experience preferred
- Mechanical press or robot welder experience preferred
- Rivet, drum welder, or transit equipment experience preferred
