As Lead - Retail Operations, you will direct retail operations teams and uphold standards supporting the Atlas Experience. The position coordinates receiving, shipping, replenishment, purchase orders, and product transfers. You will also collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing, Inventory, Customer Experience, and store management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate timely receiving and shipping with the Distribution Centre
- Support merchandising and daily retail store activities
- Manage purchase orders and product transfer orders accurately
- Oversee replenishment, cycle counts,



and inventory investigations
- Lead store walks and resolve operational issues proactively

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Three to five years in retail operations or merchandising leadership
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- ERP system and inventory software proficiency
- Availability for weekends and extended peak-period hours
