The 1st Copack Line Lead coordinates projects and support activities while overseeing assembly production and temporary employees. The position requires production experience, strong communication, and attention to written specifications. You will support labeling, casing, packing, paperwork, and operational issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee assembly production lines and temporary employees
- Supervise labeling, casing, and packing activities
- Train temporary workforce and provide employee feedback
- Maintain production efficiency, quality, cleanliness, and safety




- Address production, labor, packing, and machine issues

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred one year of production environment experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a varied, quick-paced environment
- Compliance with required personal protective equipment
