T&T; Supermarket in Canada is seeking a Bakery Production Supervisor to support the Pastry Chef and lead Bakery Production Assistants in producing bread, cake and pastries. You will supervise shifts, ensure quality, and help manage inventory and safety in the production area.

You will oversee mixing, baking processes, and staff training, while ensuring FIFO and food safety compliance. This is a shift-based role requiring flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends.
