Apply chemical testing and field engineering skills with Veolia Water Tech in a full time co-op supporting industrial water treatment systems.
As a Field Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals in technical service. You will support water treatment systems, monitor process equipment, and contribute to annual organizational goals. The co-op is expected to run from May 2027 through August 2028.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate system drawings and PFDs for manuals and proposals
- Conduct laboratory wet testing on water samples
- Monitor process equipment performance using online tools
- Complete monthly reporting requirements with the organization
- Manage bulk chemical inventory and assist with ordering
Requirements:
- Enrollment in a relevant BEng or Chemistry BSc program
- Experience with titrations, pH, conductivity, and laboratory instruments
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting chemical feed equipment
- Microsoft Office, Visio, and online data management skills
- Full-time availability for fourteen to sixteen months
