Apply millwright expertise to maintain Mt Seymour chairlifts, conveyors, and passenger ropeways in a full-time, year-round position. Work hands-on within a small maintenance team.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this Millwright/Lift Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative and emergency maintenance across mountain lift equipment. The work includes reading diagrams, repairing machinery, and following manufacturers’ guidelines and government regulations. Candidates need Red Seal or journeyman millwright certification, plus at least two years of ticketed experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative and emergency lift equipment maintenance
- Install, align, dismantle, and repair lift machinery
- Inspect equipment and investigate malfunctions




- Complete annual summer maintenance and overhauls
- Oversee contractors and prioritize repairs, upgrades, and servicing

Requirements:

- Red Seal or valid journeyman millwright certification
- Minimum two years of ticketed millwright experience
- Working knowledge of welding and electrical trades
- Comfort working at heights up to 50 feet
- Availability for adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays
