AbleLiving Services, part of Thrive Group, operates the York supportive housing program in an apartment setting. This position provides non-medical personal support, light housekeeping, and appointment assistance. Previous caregiving experience is welcome,



while Personal Support Worker certification is an asset rather than a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical personal support services to clients
• Assist clients with personal care needs
• Provide life-skills support for independent living
• Arrange and escort clients to appointments
• Complete light housekeeping duties in clients homes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Flexible availability for days, afternoons, and nights
• Availability every other weekend and statutory holidays
• Previous caregiving experience is beneficial
• Personal Support Worker certificate is an asset
