Plan meaningful recreation programs with S&R; Group while supporting Residents through physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual care.

As a Life Enrichment Worker, you will coordinate group programs, one-to-one activities, and special events. You will assess recreation, leisure, therapeutic, and restorative care needs. Your work supports individualized care plans, Resident participation, mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, lead, and assist with Resident programs and special events
- Assess needs and develop individualized care plans
- Support Resident transportation to and from programs
- Complete documentation, care plans, and MDS coding accurately
- Continue therapist-directed programs promoting mobility and independence

Requirements:

- Post-secondary credential in recreation, kinesiology, or gerontology
- Life Enrichment experience in Long Term Care preferred
- Computer skills including PCC and ActivityPro working knowledge
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Food Handler’s certification, VSS, and updated TB 2 Step
