Vendor master data integrity is central to this full-time permanent Data Analyst position supporting Mohawk Medbuy’s DGA team. Flexible remote work options are available.

This Data Analyst supports vendor data across ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, Business Central, and QwantifyP2P. The work combines supplier onboarding, data issue resolution, and service for Member Hospitals. Solid communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and accountability are essential for accurate, compliant data aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain vendor creation, updates, and deactivation across ERP systems
- Support Ariba onboarding and legacy vendor registrations
- Resolve synchronization errors and vendor master data issues




- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audit requirements
- Recommend corrective actions and data quality improvements

Requirements:

- University degree in supply chain, health informatics, mathematics, or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills; Macro experience is an asset
- Experience maintaining master data in ERP systems
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or SQL experience is advantageous
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
