Protect Yee Hong residents and buildings through concierge service, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response across senior-care settings.

Reporting to the Property Management Supervisor, this security role supports secure, secure, clean, and attractive buildings. Responsibilities include resident service, patrols, incident response, property monitoring, and basic cleaning. The position serves tenants within Yee Hong’s client-centred approach and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized frontline customer service to residents and tenants
- Monitor CCTV, access, burglary, and medical emergency systems
- Patrol buildings and exterior areas while inspecting facilities
- Respond to property, medical, fire, and security emergencies




- Secure entrances, handle lockouts, and report maintenance concerns

Requirements:

- High school completion and valid Ontario Security License
- Related condominium concierge or security services experience
- English and Chinese oral and written communication skills
- Current First Aid/CPR and WHMIS Certification
- Availability for regular night shifts and physical demands
