This Skilled Labourer position supports the Construction Manager as requested to keep projects moving forward. The role includes forming, framing, finishing, door and window installation, cleanup, and various carpentry tasks. It also requires understanding how electrical, painting, plumbing, and drywall trades work together within a house system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow site safety rules on residential construction projects
- Follow instructions from the Construction Manager
- Complete forming, framing, and finishing tasks efficiently
- Install doors and windows, then complete cleanup




- Read site drawings and coordinate with other trades

Requirements:

- Physical fitness for several hours of manual labour
- Valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Basic construction tools and personal protective equipment
- Clear English communication and ability to follow instructions
- Minimum 18 years old with valid SIN number
