This Electrical Department Manager strengthens AECOM’s Southwestern Ontario electrical practice. You will guide multidisciplinary delivery across buildings and infrastructure, using engineering judgment, quality reviews, and national technical networks. The position requires a licensed engineer and demonstrated consulting, infrastructure, design, or multidisciplinary delivery experience. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience Eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency Professional Engineer license with Professional Engineers Ontario Solid leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills Ability to obtain minimum Reliability Level security clearance Apply electrical leadership, technical judgment, and client relationship skills to grow AECOM’s Kitchener/London practice.
