Job Description:
- Design, build and run Lode Star’s Azure infrastructure using Terraform or similar, with separate development, test and production environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Git Hub Actions and Jenkins, including automated testing, approval gates and rollback
- Run Postgre SQL in production, including backups, regular restore testing and performance tuning
- Monitor availability and performance, lead incident response, and define and report on service level objectives
- Secure the platform with Entra ID, least-privilege access, Key Vault and private networking
- Manage infrastructure behind Lode Star’s AI services, including model API access, usage and cost
- Administer Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket, including access, permissions, single sign-on, licensing, apps, upgrades and backups
- Improve Jira workflows, automation, dashboards and reporting with engineering, project management and operations teams
- Keep Confluence organized with clear space structure, templates and permissions
- Set and support Dev Ops standards across Fidus, including source control, branching and CI/CD practices
- Contribute to IT activities including change management, security reviews and shared on-call
- Work closely with Lode Star build and product leads and engineering teams across Fidus Requirements:




- 5+ years in platform engineering, Dev Ops or site reliability engineering, including at least 2 years supporting production workloads on Azure
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions and Jenkins
- Experience working with containers, including Docker, Azure Container Apps or AKS
- Experience administering Jira and Confluence, including workflow design, automation and permissions
- Production experience with Postgre SQL or a similar relational database
- Solid Linux administration and networking skills, including hybrid on-premise and cloud environments
- Working knowledge of cloud security and identity management
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash
- Experience with on-call support and incident management
- Transparent communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
