Serve White Cap customers through inside sales and product deliveries, using order processing and customer service skills in an indoor setting. Handle moderate to heavy materials while supporting dependable daily operations.

This position provides exceptional customer service and generates current sales opportunities. You will respond to orders and quotation requests from customers and outside sales representatives. Responsibilities include entering orders, answering product questions, communicating features and warranties, and delivering materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and identify related products, extensions, and promotions
- Answer account, product, rate, and service questions
- Process orders, provide quotes, and pull orders




- Restock merchandise and maintain showroom cleanliness
- Drive delivery van for stock and material deliveries

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Zero to two years of relevant experience
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, handle, and carry materials
- Ability to follow prescribed processes and supervisor guidance
- Comfort working with moderate to heavy materials
