This full time, on-site position serves a busy community healthcare facility in Markham, Ontario. You will manage site safety, deliver responsive customer service, monitor security systems, and support medical staff during incidents. The schedule is rotating continental or continental day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol hallways, patient areas, entrances, and parking lots
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and secure entry points
- Respond to medical calls, fires, and safety concerns
- Greet visitors and provide directions and safety guidance
- Document shifts, incidents, and safety concerns accurately

Requirements:

- Complete immunization records and two-step TB skin test
- Fluent written and spoken English
