This manager directs EHS initiatives and supports regional, area, branch, and project teams. The work includes COR certification, WSIB claims, workers’ compensation, and injury prevention. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct regional implementation of Johnson Controls’ EHS strategy
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Deliver targeted EHS training based on identified needs
- Conduct audits and track improvement plans with leadership
- Manage WSIB claims through return-to-work coordination

Requirements:

- Occupational Health and Safety certificate, diploma, or degree
- Seven to ten years of EHS experience
- COR Certified Auditor with seven-plus years’ experience
- Knowledge of Ontario OHSA, WSIB, and Manitoba legislation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel thirty to forty percent
