This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, leadership ability, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure productive workflow and high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily shop operations and assign tasks to techniciansProvide technical guidance and support on mechanical repairs and diagnosticsEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and time standardsReview work orders, manage priorities, and coordinate workflowTrain, mentor, and support shop staff as neededConduct inspections and quality checks on completed jobsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environmentCommunicate with management, parts staff,
