MOUNTAIN SPORTS SCHOOL ASSISTANT MANAGERAbout Us: Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada's largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.Job Description: The Mountain Sports School Assistant Manager is responsible for successful day-to-day operations of the Mountain Sports School and assist the Mountain Sports School Manager in all administrative and leadership aspects of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the Mountain Sports School departmentManage staff availability, assignment, weekly master schedulesCoordinate lesson bookings and instructor assignmentsCoordinate integration with sales, wholesale, and online bookingsSupervise, coach and train supervising staffOrganize daily instructor assignments and meetingsManage departmental human resources functions, including payroll administration and employee relationsRespond to guest inquiries and resolve guest service issues in a qualified and timely mannerCoordinate AST courses and instructor assignmentsAssist the Mountain Sports School Manager, other departments,
