Serve coffee, food, and beverages part-time at Oak Bay Marine Group’s Marina Dockside Eatery with knowledgeable, friendly guest service.

As a Barista, you will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including beer, cider, and wine. You will support food preparation, order accuracy, inventory, and daily Eatery operations. The position requires effective communication, attention to detail, and commitment to health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages to quality and presentation standards
- Prepare, produce, and execute food according to standards
- Take accurate orders and communicate names and table numbers
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Maintain clean, organized, welcoming Eatery facilities

Requirements:

- Level 1 Food Protected certification
- Serving it Right certification
- Proficiency using Squirrel or equivalent POS systems
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
