The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board seeks a term Early Learning Assistant for childcare after school, qualified activity days, and school breaks. You will enhance child-based play, encourage appropriate behaviour, and model effective behaviour techniques. A working knowledge of English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with childcare for school-age students
- Enhance child-based play during program periods
- Encourage and guide appropriate student behaviour
- Model appropriate behaviour techniques
- Support overall program objectives and goals

Requirements:

- Completion of a high school diploma
- One year post-secondary childcare experience in group settings
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Required police check and immunization documentation
