take-offs and digital markups (Bluebeam required)Confidence reviewing complex bid documents and specificationsStrong attention to detail; manages multiple scopesand tight deadlinesStrong communication skills and cross-functional collaborationMust have/ Industry: Curtain wall / facade / glazing manufacturers, installers or contractors; building envelopeTECHNICAL expert with glass and aluminium curtain wall.Robust experience with Unitized custom curtain walls.Nice to have:College Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management or a related fieldExperience with vendor/RFQ management and preliminary schedulingAbility to mentor others and influence process improvementYears of Experience: 5+ (facade estimating)Education / Certifications: College Diploma (Architectural Technology, Construction Management or related) preferredSalary/Rate Range: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00
