A Junior Project Manager at Ciena contributes to the successful delivery of customer-focused projects by ensuring planning, coordination, and financial tracking activities are executed accurately and consistently. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain organized project execution while supporting commercial and financial processes. The position follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office.How you will make an impactTrack project financials, including budgets, forecasts, expenses, and purchase ordersValidate costs and review time and expense entries against approved project plansMaintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and organized project recordsCoordinate resources, tasks, and deliverables across internal teams and partnersPrepare quotes, order documentation, and materials required for project initiation and approvalsUpdate project dashboards and contribute to status reports, presentations, and communicationsComplete project closeout documentation and contribute to financial reconciliation activitiesThe must havesEducation: Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Finance, Operations,
