This early-career IT and Cybersecurity Analyst position combines frontline support with security responsibilities. You will work with Microsoft 365, identity and access management, incident response, Windows, Linux, networking concepts, and technical operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor security alerts, logs, and dashboards for potential threats
- Support Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA
- Provide frontline hardware, software, connectivity, and authentication support
- Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive issues




- Manage accounts, access requests, devices, and software deployments

Requirements:

- Up to two years’ IT support or cybersecurity experience
- College diploma in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support, and endpoint troubleshooting
- Strong written and spoken English and French communication
