and design revisions based on internal testing and customer feedbackRequirements and Experience 8+ years of mechanical design and product development experience2+ years of experience in management role both in training and managementStrong understanding of mechanical design for manufacturing processes including CNC machining, sheet metal, extrusions (plastic & metal), injection molding, die casting, and additive manufacturingProficiency with Solid Works, 3 D modelling and a PDM systemKnowledge of Tolerance analysis / GD&TExperience managing engineering documentation, revision control, and change processesExperience working with clients and suppliers to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, production costs, design constraints, and engineering requirementsExperience with integrating electronics.
