As a Merchandiser, you will manage assigned product areas, placement, expiry dates, and store standards. The work includes Backroom Inventory Management processes, PDT and MMS Systems, receiving, product returns, and customer assistance. You will support front store leadership while maintaining organized operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize backroom product through BIMI processes
- Use PDT and MMS Systems daily
- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- Maintain consumer-focused, shoppable product displays
- Receive merchandise and complete required documentation

Requirements:

- Planning, judgment, and decision-making abilities
- Efficiency, organization, and neatness
- Some computer and cash register skills
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
