As an experienced Aerial Lineperson, you will execute daily construction activities while following engineering specifications and industry standards. The work includes strand installation, cable lashing, pole transfers, construction documentation, and crew coordination. You will also guide team members while maintaining health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate bucket trucks and personnel lifts
- Install strand, hardware, and fiber optic cable
- Prepare spans using cable rollers

Requirements:

- Five or more years of Aerial Lineperson experience
- Ability to climb utility poles and operate aerial platforms
- Knowledge of safety, PPE, and environmental practices

- Valid driver's license, clean abstract, and willingness to travel
