Operate packaging equipment for Nortera’s ready-to-cook vegetables while working 12-hour continental rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

As a Packaging Technician, you will support food production for Nortera’s Arctic Gardens and Del Monte brands. The work includes raw product supply, case erecting, case packing, robot setup, labelling, and packaging quality checks. You will also follow HACCP, GMP, safety, and food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate raw product supply and case packing equipment
- Set up robots and labelling systems accurately
- Support sanitation and packaging equipment cleaning
- Assist Line Leaders with effective changeovers
- Verify packaging integrity, coding clarity, and legibility

Requirements:

- Related experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work independently through changing priorities
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to encourage solution-based outcomes through communication
- Ability to work rotating nights and weekends
