Lead security operations across Brampton and Caledon with supervisory experience, operational readiness, and compliance expertise. Day shifts are planned, with travel between sites required.
Securitas Canada Limited seeks an experienced Security Site Supervisor for an active vacancy. You will support a contract transition across two Ontario locations while helping establish security standards. The work requires knowledge of access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel between Brampton locations during the transition to Caledon
- Assist with selecting, onboarding, and training security staff
- Support security operations setup at both locations
- Develop post orders, procedures, expectations,
and readiness standards
- Promote policy, safety, regulatory, and client compliance
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Smart Service Certification or willingness to obtain
- Six months to one year of security supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Ontario legislation and security operations
