The role supports rehabilitation and complex care services through proactive patrols, incident response, and customer service. You will document activities, de-escalate situations, and assist during medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct proactive foot patrols across assigned property areas
- Respond to incidents, hazards, and coded hospital emergencies




- Write reports and document shifts using radios and applications
- Support patients, visitors, and staff during stressful situations
- Contact police, fire, or paramedic services when required

Requirements:

- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Grade 12 diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
