Serve guests evenings at Little Chief Restaurant within Grey Eagle Resort & Casino on Tsuut’ina First Nation. Use POS accuracy and customer-focused service.

The Server works under the Hotel Food & Beverage Manager or Shift Supervisor. This position requires food and beverage service, table setup, cleanliness, sales receipt balancing, and POS systems. Applicants need Alberta Server Pro Serve certification and availability Thursday through Sunday nights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter food and beverage items accurately into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly
- Set and explicit tables throughout each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and stock service stations
- Balance sales receipts and attend required training

Requirements:

- Alberta Server Pro Serve certification is required
- One to two years in large-volume foodservice operations
- Previous serving experience is preferred
- POS system experience is required
- Thursday through Sunday night availability is required
