As a Sales Broker, you will grow personal and commercial lines through client assessments, competitive quoting, and trusted advice. You will represent BIG while building your book of business independently and collaborating with colleagues. The role requires accurate documentation, market knowledge, and confident communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through digital outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Assess individual and business risks, goals, and budgets
- Present competitive personal and commercial insurance quotes




- Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurers and underwriters
- Finalize business and maintain accurate Broker Management System records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years in insurance or high-performing sales
- Active RIBO license in positive standing
- Willingness to convert an OTL license before starting
- CAIB or CIP designation is an asset
