This experienced grounds maintenance role supports summer and winter teams across resort and contract properties. You will help maintain standards through equipment operation, property inspections, waste management, and team assistance. The position includes snow removal and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate skid steers, tractors, lawn mowers, and plow trucks
- Assist in leading summer and winter grounds workers
- Train workers to Blue Mountain Resort maintenance standards
- Inspect grounds and correct standards issues when possible
- Manage litter, receptacles, organics, and compactors

Requirements:

- Experience operating and completing basic machine maintenance
- Physical fitness for lifting, shoveling, bending, and kneeling
- Willingness to gain job-specific knowledge and receive feedback
- Valid G Class Driver's Licence
- Reliable transportation
