This winter co-op supports Lean initiatives at AGI Rosenort’s vertically integrated manufacturing facility. You will conduct time studies, analyze production processes, and communicate findings. The work includes production and design activities across fabrication and shipping departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct time studies and analyze production processes
- Identify waste and suggest removal methods
- Improve production efficiency using Lean methods
- Develop spreadsheets to track and analyze data
- Assist with production tooling design activities

Requirements:

- Two years of university engineering education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of steel manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with SolidWorks or computer-assisted drafting
