Support resident care at AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, BC, using observation and personal care skills. This is a part time position.

Reporting to the Director of Care or Resident Care Manager, the Resident Care Attendant supports resident services under provincial standards and regulations. The work includes personal care, transfers, feeding, treatments, and collaboration with nursing and health care teams. Resident dignity, comfort, well-being, and individual needs guide daily care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Observe resident conditions during bathing, dressing, and personal care
- Report resident changes promptly to the Nurse
- Assist transfers using lifts, belts, and required controls
- Feed residents according to documented dietary requirements
- Participate in care plans and resident care conferences

Requirements:

- Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
- Minimum HCA Provincial Certification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- At least five years' continuing care experience
- Experience caring for residents with dementia
