Maintain produce freshness and inventory accuracy as a Produce Associate, preparing products and serving customers. Shift work includes weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Reporting to the Produce Department Head or delegates, this position prepares produce for customer selection and sales activities. You will stock displays using FIFO, check quality, manage shrinkage, and maintain clean work areas. Customer service remains central to daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory, freshness, and full produce displays using FIFO
- Perform quality checks and process sub-standard products
- Sort, cut, wash, weigh, pack, and label produce
- Greet customers and provide friendly produce recommendations
- Clean tools, display cases, and walk-in coolers

Requirements:

- Flexibility for weekday, weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
- Ability to lift products weighing up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to work regularly in 0-4 ℃ environments
- Knowledge of basic work safety
- Relevant produce-handling experience preferred
