About the Role

The Company is in search of its inaugural Executive Director to spearhead the organization's mission of breaking down financial barriers to post-secondary education. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a robust business and financial acumen, capable of translating the strategic plan into action and impact. Key responsibilities include serving as the principal advisor to the Board, establishing governance and financial controls, leading the implementation of the strategic plan, and overseeing the Foundation's grant-making programs. The Executive Director will also be the primary ambassador, building trusted relationships with various stakeholders, and will be committed to the mission of the Foundation,

which is to invest in and advocate for post-secondary learners.

Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have significant senior leadership experience, particularly in charitable, foundation, education, public policy, or social-impact environments. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, business operational planning, and execution, as well as experience in grant-making and program evaluation.
