As a Retail Lead, you will help achieve store sales and profit targets while building customer loyalty and emotional brand connections. You will coordinate resources, product flow, visual standards, and team performance within an assigned area of responsibility. The position also supports manager on duty responsibilities when a senior leader is absent.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate resources and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Maximize product replenishment from stockroom to sales floor
Monitor loss prevention activities and reduce loss

Model advanced selling and adidas customer service techniques
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree
At least twelve months of retail experience
Advanced selling and comprehensive product knowledge
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Computer, POS, and Microsoft Office proficiency
