Lead International Division FP&A; and capital investment at Top Aces in Dorval, applying forecasting and financial analysis expertise. This is a full time opportunity.
The Director supports financial planning and analysis across Top Aces’ International Division. Responsibilities include annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, five-year strategic planning, and business performance analysis. The position also supports profitability and efficiency initiatives through project financial support, ROI analysis, and KPI development.
Key Responsibilities: Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and five-year strategic planning
Develop P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts
Lead scenario, sensitivity, risk, and opportunity analyses




Oversee capex and inventory financial management
Present management accounts, dashboards, and reports to leadership
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or comparable business field
CPA and/or MBA preferred
Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience
Expertise in data analysis and reporting
Level II clearance and Canadian Controlled Goods access eligibility
Bring strategic thinking, financial leadership, and detailed analysis to Top Aces’ International Division in Dorval.
