Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Several years of bid, proposal, or commercial project management experience
Understanding of maintenance, lifecycle, and long-term service models
Commercial acumen covering pricing, costing, and contracts
Knowledge of rail systems or infrastructure services is an asset
