As Senior Business Development Manager I, you will expand LoyaltyPlay’s reach through strategic deals and partner development. You will manage market expansion, commercial structuring, and go-to-market execution. The work connects strategic partners with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, and post-launch teams.
Key Responsibilities: Source and cultivate C-level and VP-level executive relationships
Lead due diligence, ROI analysis, negotiations, and contractual agreements
Manage strategic chance pipelines, forecasting, and Salesforce reporting
Translate partner requirements into actionable product features




Design revenue share and exclusivity structures
Requirements: Six-plus years in business development, partnerships, or corporate development
Complex partnership experience in mobile gaming, ad tech, or loyalty technology
Expertise in market expansion, deal structuring, and go-to-market execution
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Finance
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Sensor Tower, or App Annie
