Lead AI accelerator validation at Qualcomm Technologies, developing bare-metal software and system-level tests across emulation and silicon phases.
This experienced lead owns validation strategy, test planning, content development, and execution for next-generation AI accelerator platforms. The work spans SoC architecture, scalable automation, complex debugging, and system integration. You will partner with Architecture, Design, DV, Software, Performance, Power, and Product teams while leading geographically distributed engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities: Define and optimize multi-processor system validation tests
Develop bare-metal software and low-level hardware interfaces
Validate system-level software use cases with hardware teams




Debug SoCs using development boards and lab equipment
Support simulation, emulation, FPGA, and silicon validation
Requirements: BS, MS, or PhD in a related technical field
8+ years in silicon validation or platform bring-up
Understanding of operating systems, caching, and virtual memory
Experience with bare-metal development and hardware interfaces
Programming experience in C, Assembly, and scripting languages
Apply system validation leadership, SoC expertise, and bare-metal development skills to Qualcomm AI accelerator platforms.
