As Pensions Servicing Senior Manager, you will manage five specialists supporting current and existing clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties. Your DB or DC pensions background will guide daily planning, problem solving, and service oversight. The team supports new business acquisitions, retention, client visits, and pitches.
Key Responsibilities: Allocate resources and manage daily workloads
Maintain service levels and positive client experiences
Lead goals, reviews, and performance management
Design workflows supporting controls and MI reporting
Support strategic change, risk reduction, and efficiency
Requirements: Very strong people management experience
Very strong stakeholder management experience
Background in DB or DC pensions
Experience overseeing client and third party requests
Ability to support wider business strategy implementation
