As a Senior Engineering Manager in the CTIO team, you will build and lead a team developing integrated AI capabilities for the next-generation sensor platform. You will own AI roadmap execution, operationalize machine learning models, and partner with data science, cloud, and sensor platform teams. The work spans data pipelines, on-device inference, and core operating system subsystems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead teams developing AI capabilities for the sensor platform
Own the AI on-endpoint roadmap from design through delivery
Guide cross-platform software development across Windows, macOS, and Linux
Collaborate on sensor architecture and strategic initiatives
Hire, train, and grow engineering team members
Requirements: Experience operationalizing machine learning models on endpoints
Experience building telemetry pipelines for training and inference
Knowledge of C++ and operating system internals
Engineering Manager or Senior Manager experience with direct reports
Ability to lead distributed teams and ship major features
Lead CrowdStrike’s AI endpoint strategy through machine learning, sensor architecture, and high-quality cross-platform engineering delivery.
