Key Responsibilities: Evaluate concepts and recommend original production opportunities
Oversee complementary YouTube and digital platform content
Plan resources for accessible content delivery
Manage production budgets, cost centres, and variances




Develop staffing, partnerships, and industry relationships
Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Ten years of content production experience
Five years of people management experience
Knowledge of broadcasting regulations, CRTC requirements, and compliance
Leadership, financial management, planning, and negotiation skills
