As Manager, Fraud Investigations & Controls, you will lead investigators and analysts addressing application fraud, account takeover, identity fraud, and emerging threats. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fraud Prevention, you will strengthen detection and prevention across Rogers Bank. The position requires industry collaboration, investigative leadership, and stakeholder influence across banking operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop fraud investigators and analysts
Oversee complex investigations and organized fraud activity
Identify control gaps through root cause analysis
Coordinate law enforcement requests and production orders




Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements: Minimum five years of progressive financial services fraud experience
Leadership experience managing investigative or analytical teams
Expertise in identity, application, synthetic identity, and account takeover fraud
Experience with law enforcement and investigative forums
SQL, data mining, fraud platforms, and linkage analysis experience
