Desjardins is seeking a Senior Advisor, Delivery Excellence and Innovation in Montreal, QC. The role focuses on transforming ServiceNow delivery capabilities within a hybrid in-house/external model, driving SDLC improvements from requirements to deployment.
You will promote CI/CD, automated testing, AI-assisted delivery, and governance with a data-driven approach to maximize business value and ROI for client sectors. Fluency in French and robust English proficiency are required.
