As Regional Manager, you will lead profitable growth and achieve business objectives across the region. You will engage caisses, Desjardins Business Centres, specialized networks, and strategic partners. Your mandate includes expanding services for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth members and clients while advancing business practices and talent.
Key Responsibilities: Execute the coordinated regional Private Wealth Management development plan
Standardize regional business practices, strategies, and performance objectives
Build partnerships with caisse, wealth management, and business networks
Monitor priorities, challenges, objectives, and regional development progress
Represent Desjardins wealth management as a community ambassador
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum nine years of relevant experience
Registered Representative registration with CIRO
Designated Supervisor Investment Dealer Supervisors Course qualification
Advanced English and French for Quebec positions
Lead regional growth, partnerships, and client services for Desjardins Private Wealth Management across Ontario and Northwestern Quebec.
