This senior transportation engineering leadership role directs technical delivery, project performance, commercial activities, client relationships, and people leadership. You will support roadway, highway, municipal transportation, transit infrastructure, and major capital programs involving provincial authorities and municipal clients. The position covers concept development, detailed design, construction support, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead roadway and highway design from concept through construction support
Direct multidisciplinary coordination across structures, drainage, traffic, utilities, and geotechnical disciplines
Manage submissions, technical reviews, approvals,



and stakeholder coordination
Monitor schedules, budgets, design risks, and opportunities
Develop professionals through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Ontario Skilled Engineer registration or eligibility
15–20 years of progressive transportation engineering experience
Major roadway, highway, and municipal transportation delivery experience
Familiarity with Civil 3D or Bentley transportation environments
Bring senior roadway leadership, engineering judgment, and major-project delivery experience to Egis transportation programs across Eastern Canada.
