Build production agentic AI solutions as a senior software engineer, using Python, architecture, and daily agentic coding tools. This is hands-on development, not machine-learning research.
You will create systems for customers and client using context, memory, guardrails, tool calling, skills, and orchestration. The work combines software architecture, agent guidance, output validation, and end-to-end delivery. You will communicate specifications, decisions, and roadblocks clearly.
Key Responsibilities: Build production agentic AI solutions for customers and client
Design agent harnesses, contexts, and development loops
Use agentic coding tools daily to maximize output
Validate APIs, dependencies, and security-related agent output
Evaluate emerging AI tooling for Syntax practices
Requirements: Seven-plus years of software engineering experience
Five-plus years of Python experience
Production software built, shipped, and owned
Daily fluency with Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot
Proficiency in architecture, Git, and exact specifications
Apply senior software engineering judgment to build, guide, and validate agentic AI systems with Python and architecture expertise.
