As part of Cisco, Splunk’s Customer Success team guides enterprise organizations across cybersecurity, observability, and IT operations platforms. This specialist supports technical health, Splunk Cloud and Enterprise deployments, customer adoption, and measurable technology value. The role combines product support, technical planning, relationship building, and critical issue management.
Key Responsibilities: Act as technical health contact for Public Sector customers
Oversee Technical Adoption Plan execution across multiple teams
Mentor customers on technical health and deployment methodologies
Coordinate critical issues, upgrades,



add-ons, and maintenance windows
Review usage metrics and performance during virtual QBRs
Requirements: Three-plus years in technical support or related experience
Two-plus years building customer relationships and handling commercial accounts
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Work independently and as part of a team
Achieve Splunk Architect Certification within one year
Apply technical support, customer advisory, and Splunk deployment expertise to improve platform health and adoption across enterprise accounts.
